Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient population
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including PTA's and rehab aides
- Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy license required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to provide 2 supervisory references (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)
- Candidates must not have been directly employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Experience with total joint, vestibular, and balance disorders
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Cerner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 9-11 patients per day
