Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
Educate patients and families on exercises and fall prevention strategies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in home health or outpatient orthopedics preferred
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable with 25% travel within Bakersfield area

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Knowledge of home health regulations and OASIS documentation
Ability to use EMR systems for charting
Excellent patient education and motivational skills
