Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes conditions
- Titrate and manage critical drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
- Monitor continuous EEG and respond to neurological changes
- Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed to support the team
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license (compact or Nebraska license)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Valid driver's license (must be outside 50-mile radius from facility)
- Minimum 1 year of PCU experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and ability to titrate drips
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced unit with high acuity patients
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
