Location: Prescott, AZ

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, day shifts, hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (typically 8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population, including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and geriatric cases
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Contribute to a positive and supportive rehabilitation environment

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in good standing (any state accepted with compact privilege)
At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS and CPR certification required
Experience with EMR systems preferred
Ability to treat 8-10 patients per day effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
Proficiency in vestibular and fall prevention therapy
Familiarity with EMR documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
