Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based overnight nursing care to assigned members
• Perform thorough patient assessments and create clear care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-focused care
• Respond to clinical changes quickly and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility documentation standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold patient safety practices

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or eligible to obtain)
• Previous RN experience in acute care, med-surg, or related clinical area preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) a plus
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and functioning independently
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to prioritize
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not indicated)

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Completion of accredited nursing program and state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with patients and staff
• Ability to manage time effectively during overnight shifts
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
