Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float across multiple facilities within Zone 1 to provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
Manage a diverse patient population with conditions including cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, ortho, trauma, and more.
Titrate heparin drips as needed and respond to patient acuity changes.
Collaborate with charge nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Adapt quickly to different units and facility workflows, maintaining flexibility and professionalism.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience required.
Current and unrestricted RN license in Colorado or compact state.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities in Zone 1.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior neuro experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in MS-Tele nursing, including cardiac and neuro patient care.
Experience with heparin drip titration.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and adaptability for floating to different units.
