Location: Turtle Lake, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend and every other holiday, schedule varies

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
Support patients with dementia, pneumonia, and other conditions
Collaborate with nursing team to maintain a safe and supportive environment
Float to different units as needed (no floating required here)
Document patient care accurately and timely
Uphold safety protocols and infection control measures

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Dakota
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience in a hospital setting
Previous travel experience is required
Comfortable working in a 25-bed facility with a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Direct patient care and medical floor nursing
Ability to work effectively in a team without assigned ratios
Compassionate approach to dementia and elderly care
Strong communication and documentation skills
Adaptability to changing patient needs
