Roles & Responsibilities

Provide goal-directed nursing care to residents using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing
Adhere to departmental and facility policies and standards of nursing practice
Utilize a PC and applicable software for clinical documentation and data management

Qualifications

1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
Active Alaska RN license required
Current BLS certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in using a PC, clinical software, and peripheral equipment
Strong understanding of nursing processes and primary nursing principles
Ability to manage individualized care plans
