Roles & Responsibilities

Provide top-notch occupational therapy to orthopedic patients, focusing on upper extremity injuries like shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Work with a diverse caseload including orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury patients across acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Collaborate with Rehab Aides and a dedicated team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 12 patients per day experience preferred
Must have outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically upper extremity therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, especially upper extremity conditions
Proficiency in treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Familiarity with acute care, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Lymphedema training is a plus
