Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of RNs and LVNs
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and comfort
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment for facility residents
Support residents' independence and dignity with respect and professionalism
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current California CNA certificate required
BLS AHA certification required
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of CNA experience preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Basic computer skills required

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
