Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
Document patient status and care interventions clearly in the chart
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
Respond promptly to patient changes and participate in emergency responses

Qualifications

Current, active RN license (ability to obtain New Hampshire licensure as needed)
Prior Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS a plus
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently on shift
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of Med/Surg nursing principles and best practices
Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and IV therapy
Experience with accurate documentation and electronic health records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced acute care setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
