Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and perform thorough patient assessments under a referring physician’s orders
Develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic procedures and modalities
Deliver hands-on and modality-based interventions to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and alignment
Manage and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
Provide pain management strategies and educate patients and families on home programs and prevention
Practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act and clinic policies to ensure safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients using therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions
Comfort working under physician orders and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Availability for full-time daytime schedule as posted

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical evaluation
Treatment planning and documentation
Therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
Range of motion and muscle strengthening interventions
Pain management strategies
Familiarity with State Practice Act requirements and professional standards
