Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging across diagnostic and invasive studies with attention to patient safety
• Rapidly and accurately image ED trauma and stroke patients to support urgent clinical decisions
• Operate and maintain CT equipment (GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution) and Medrad injectors
• Document procedures and findings in Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS to ensure clear clinical communication
• Perform venipuncture/contrast administration as needed and monitor patients for reactions
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to deliver timely, patient-centered care
• Support pediatric, neuro, MSK and cardiac imaging procedures with appropriate protocols and compassion
• Participate in shift handoffs, on-call duties, and unit teamwork to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of CT experience (CT imaging including diagnostic and invasive procedures preferred)
• Comfortable with ED trauma and stroke imaging workflows
• Experience with Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS highly desirable
• Familiarity with GE CT systems and Medrad injectors preferred
• Ability to perform venipuncture and manage contrast administration safely
• Team player who can also work independently and adapt to rotating schedules

• Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS documentation
• Operation of GE CT systems (Optima, EVO, Revolution)
• Medrad injector operation and contrast administration
• Venipuncture skills and patient monitoring
• Strong communication, prioritization, and emergency response skills
