Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams for adult and pediatric patients using PACS and departmental protocols
• Operate portable/bedside imaging and assist with C-Arm procedures in surgical or mobile settings
• Ensure accurate, timely charting in Mediteach and maintain complete patient documentation
• Apply isolation precautions and appropriate PPE to protect patients and staff
• Position patients safely and compassionately, adapting technique for neonatal through older adult populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize imaging needs and improve patient flow
• Maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and report needed repairs

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification (registered technologist) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of radiography experience
• Proficiency with PACS and Mediteach charting system (Mediteach experience required)
• Comfort performing portable/bedside procedures and assisting with C-Arm cases
• Ability to image patients across the lifespan: neonate through older adult
• Adherence to isolation precautions and facility infection control policies

• Radiography fundamentals and patient positioning
• PACS image management and digital workflow
• Mediteach charting proficiency
• Portable and bedside imaging techniques
• C-Arm procedure support and mobile/surgical imaging
• Imaging of abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis and full range of extremity studies
• Pediatric and adult acute care imaging considerations
• Use of PPE and isolation precautions in clinical settings
