Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to long-term care patients in a skilled nursing facility
Create meaningful progress in patients' mobility and independence
Collaborate with the therapy team to provide top-notch care
Adapt treatments to meet individual patient needs with compassion

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Experience in SNF or long-term care settings preferred
Full-time availability starting as soon as possible

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or equivalent
State PTA licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on rehabilitation
Knowledge of SNF protocols and long-term care needs
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
