Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality 1:1 outpatient physical therapy treatments
Manage evaluations, recurring visits, and patient caseloads efficiently
Collaborate with a supportive team in a small community outpatient rehab setting
Deliver expert orthopedic care while adapting to a wide variety of diagnoses
Ensure continuity of care through effective communication and documentation

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or compact license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with 45-minute 1:1 treatments
Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Proficient in evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Time management and organizational skills to manage a high-volume caseload
