Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (typically 8-hour shifts, start time may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population, including ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain strength and mobility
Work closely with PTA's and rehab techs to ensure coordinated care
Document patient progress thoroughly in the EMR system
Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and a dedicated director

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona or compact eligibility
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Comfortable with EMR systems and documentation
Willingness to comply with 50-mile radius rule

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, and geriatric care
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and time management abilities
