Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
Operate advanced imaging equipment with precision and care
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiography
Valid California state license as a Radiologic Technologist
BLS certification required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PET/CT imaging preferred
Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET and CT imaging techniques
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with PACS and EHR systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
