Nurse Manager - Cath Lab and ICU

Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus on-call 24/7 for emergencies

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee nursing operations in both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive team culture
Provide bedside procedure support and administer moderate sedation
Manage pre/post procedure care and recovery
Ensure compliance with required certifications and competencies
Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of management and clinical leadership experience
Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, CRRT competency
Fluoro license preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry skills
Experience with vasoactive drugs and titratable drips
Ability to read strips and monitor intraprocedural
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of cardiac and respiratory diagnoses
