Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET/CT scans
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAM equipment
Ensure patient safety and radiation safety protocols are followed
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for optimal patient care

Qualifications

BLS certification required
NMT Certification required
PET experience required
DOT Certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Valid driver's license required
Must comply with fingernail policy (no artificial nails)
Must be outside 50 miles from Omaha (radius rule)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging techniques and protocols
Proficiency in PET/CT and gamma camera operation
Understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Strong patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
