Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a difference every shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Document care and communicate updates clearly in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, care team members, and management to deliver coordinated care
Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear instructions

Qualifications

Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Pennsylvania required
Current BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain
Comfortable performing medication administration, basic wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous direct patient care experience preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma/certificate)
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Patient assessment and monitoring
Electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity or willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
