Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on nursing care to residents at Red Rocks Care Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
• Perform timely patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• Support activities of daily living and promote resident dignity and independence
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident record and follow facility procedures

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Comfortable and available to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent and active LPN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Safe medication administration and basic clinical assessments
• Wound care and ADL support
• Accurate charting and recordkeeping (EHR familiarity preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy overnight environment
