Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and report clinical changes to the nursing team
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and personal care while preserving dignity
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care
• Follow infection control protocols and facility safety procedures at all times
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Support a positive resident experience by anticipating needs and offering comfort

Qualifications

• Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — VT or NH eligibility is ideal (as listed)
• Local to the Bedford, NH area and able to start within 2 weeks or less (LOCAL ONLY)
• Comfortable working the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Compassionate bedside manner, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding (typical for clinical roles)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of recognized LNA/CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic patient care and assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
• Competent with taking and documenting vital signs accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical environment
• Knowledge of infection control, resident safety, and fall prevention
• Detail-oriented documentation and time management during busy shifts
