Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents—assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Monitor and record vital signs and resident changes accurately and promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using appropriate techniques and equipment
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to ensure each resident’s plan of care is followed
Document care thoroughly and communicate effectively during shift handoffs
Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents at all times

Qualifications

Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification—required
Must be local (LOCAL ONLY) and available to start within two weeks
Demonstrated compassion, strong communication, and teamwork skills
Previous long-term care or nursing assistant experience is a plus

Education

State LNA certification required
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and basic nursing assistant techniques
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Safe resident handling and fall prevention
Infection control and basic hygiene practices
Clear communication and effective teamwork with nursing staff
