Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Accurately document care activities and observations in patient records
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and coworkers
Follow infection control standards and facility policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained shortly after hire
Willingness to complete facility-required health screenings and immunizations
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by policy
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and activities of daily living
Familiarity with patient safety and infection prevention practices
Comfortable assisting with mobility and safe patient transfers
Good documentation skills and basic comfort with electronic charting
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks during busy shifts
