Shift Type: Per diem, 7-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be determined)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a tidy, comfortable environment
Provide compassionate, respectful care while preserving patient dignity
Document patient interactions and care provided in a timely manner
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Active state authorization to practice in Pennsylvania
Ability to pass any required background checks and health screenings
Comfortable assisting with mobility and basic patient care tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care procedures and infection control practices
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and care teams
Basic documentation and charting skills
