Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Support patient dignity and comfort while following facility policies and infection-control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required) — Pennsylvania certification preferred
Active, unrestricted license/certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Comfortable working an 8-hour clinical shift and delivering hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with nursing staff
Stable work history and commitment to patient-centered care

Education

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational patient care skills and safe patient handling
Basic understanding of infection prevention and control
Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately
Good documentation practices and attention to detail
Compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork skills
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
