Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and mobility to help residents maintain independence
Document care accurately and communicate observations to nurses and supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Collaborate with team members to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) on Wednesday-Friday
Local candidates preferred — this is a local-only assignment
Comfortable working in a long-term care/rehabilitation center environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Infection control and safe handling/transfer techniques
Reliable documentation and following care plans
