Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on your unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Perform detailed patient assessments and document changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and the care team to coordinate patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and discharge plans
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control best practices

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in New Hampshire (must be valid before start)
• Clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work the scheduled days including every other weekend
• Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility

Education

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (for LPN) or accredited nursing program as applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and bedside care skills
• Medication administration and basic treatment competency
• Accurate charting and solid documentation practices
• Clear communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
• Compassionate patient- and family-focused approach
