Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with electrophysiology procedures and monitoring, ensuring patient safety from check-in through recovery
- Prepare and maintain the EP lab environment, including sterile technique and equipment readiness
- Continuously assess and monitor patients using telemetry and advanced cardiac monitoring
- Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic to support continuity and quality
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
- Provide patient and family education about procedures, post-procedure care, and follow-up
- Maintain specialty competencies through required testing and on-the-job learning
Qualifications
- Active RN license (license verification required)
- Electrophysiology/EP lab experience required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- CPI (de-escalation) certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EHR
- Willingness to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and drug/health screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid working knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and terminology
- Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
- Comfort with sterile technique and procedural room workflows
- Proficient Epic documentation and electronic charting skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and rapid assessment abilities
- Ability to follow protocols for patient safety, infection control, and emergency response
