Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with attention to patient comfort and safety
• Operate and manage imaging systems including GE Centricity PACS to ensure accurate image capture and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to provide timely, clinically useful imaging and interpretations
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, fit-test, and vaccine requirements for safe patient care
• Complete Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists to demonstrate and maintain proficiency
• Accurately document procedures, verify patient identity and licensing/certification, and escalate critical findings appropriately

Qualifications

• RDMS or RVT certification required (RDMS/RVT and BLS explicitly required)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with PIC procedures and GE Centricity PACS
• License/certificate verification required and willingness to complete Trinity-specific competency testing
• Ability to pass fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, and required immunizations/vaccine verification (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, influenza, Varicella, Tdap, PPD/IGRA)

Education

• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent training (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven ultrasound imaging skills and anatomy knowledge
• Familiarity with RDMS/RVT practices and vascular imaging protocols
• Hands-on experience with GE Centricity PACS workflow and image management
• Strong patient care, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfort working overnight and adapting to a 7-on/7-off rotational model
