Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and toileting in a respectful manner
Take and record vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition
Document care accurately and communicate observations to nursing staff
Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered, empathetic care
Comfortable with charting and following established care plans
Willingness to complete facility-required health screenings and background checks
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basics in patient care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
