Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with team members
• Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
• Support patient comfort and dignity, and engage with families with empathy

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfort with hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic patient care and ADLs
• Familiarity with infection control and standard precautions
• Ability to observe, document, and report patient changes accurately
• Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and staff
• Time-management and basic charting/documentation skills
