Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition accurately
- Support nursing staff with treatments and timely communication of patient needs
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
- Build positive rapport with patients and families to deliver respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- Ability to work the assigned per-diem overnight shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Reliable, professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete required onboarding, background checks, and health screenings as applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and comfort with ADLs
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Infection control practices and safe patient handling
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and clinical teams
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
