Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in pre- and post-operative care, supporting life-changing surgeries
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in cardiovascular or surgical settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience a plus but not essential
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiovascular nursing knowledge
- Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in surgical recovery protocols
- Team collaboration and communication prowess
- Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
