Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
- Monitor patient progress and advocate for their needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in emergency room or acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
- Proficiency with ER equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
