Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
- Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of ER experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong triage and assessment abilities
- Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication under stress
- Team collaboration and quick decision-making
