Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
- Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ER experience preferred for this dynamic role
- Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
- Proficiency with ER equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication in high-stress environments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced team settings
