Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat urgent cases
- Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions with precision
- Educate patients and families providing comfort during stressful times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- ER experience preferred for this dynamic environment
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
