Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients with precision and care
- Respond swiftly to cardiac rhythms and emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier outcomes
- Educate patients and families for empowered recovery
- Champion patient safety in a high-acuity setting
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Telemetry experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and quick thinking
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in cardiac monitoring and interpretation
- IV therapy and medication administration proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shifts
