Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to adult and older adult patients on a 32-bed unit
- Manage trauma cases, heparin drips, and acute medications with precision
- Collaborate with PT using specialty equipment like gait belts and geriatric chairs
- Maintain 1:5 ratios while ensuring top-notch patient safety and outcomes
- Utilize EPIC EMR to document and streamline care delivery
Qualifications
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Documented med/tele experience with checklist, no RTO
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or prior NICHE training preferred
