Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document all care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as applicable
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications a plus
• Clinical nursing experience preferred; facility will consider new grads based on role
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility credentialing standards
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (LPN program, ADN or BSN as applicable)
• High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring with attention to detail
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
• Patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
• Teamwork and collaboration within an interdisciplinary clinical environment
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
