Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate and support cardiac cath lab procedures with professionalism and attention to patient safety
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation in accordance with protocols and patient needs
• Operate and troubleshoot Philips and Siemens imaging equipment during procedures
• Document procedures and patient records accurately using Merge
• Collaborate closely with the interventional team during LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER and other advanced procedures
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication to enhance the patient experience
• Follow ACLS and BLS protocols and respond effectively in emergency situations

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Cath Lab circulating experience and demonstrated moderate sedation skills (must have)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as listed)
• Cath Lab RN skill set or equivalent radiology procedural experience
• Merge experience preferred but not mandatory

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience in cardiac cath lab and radiology procedures
• Familiarity with Merge documentation systems
• Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging platforms
• Comfort working with advanced procedures: LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral and endovascular cases
• Strong patient assessment, monitoring and sedation skillset
• Excellent teamwork, communication and situational awareness in high-acuity settings
