Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance and function
• Teach and progress home exercise programs to empower patients and caregivers
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans to meet goals
• Collaborate with the rehab team and referring clinicians to coordinate excellent care
• Provide patient education focused on safety, fall prevention, and return-to-activity planning
• Help shorten clinic wait times by efficiently managing caseload while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or PT Compact license valid for Colorado
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Availability to work a Saturday schedule

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and assessment skills across a variety of diagnoses
• Treatment plan development and progression based on functional goals
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve strength, ROM and balance
• Instructing and progressing home exercise programs effectively
• Strong documentation and outcome tracking
• Good communication and patient education skills to engage caregivers and patients
