Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
• Assist with safe patient transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow care plans carefully
• Practice infection control and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients
• Communicate clearly and courteously with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Ability to work overnight per-diem shifts (07:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and working as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass employer background and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and hygiene assistance
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safe handling practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes accurately
