Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality progressive care to PCU patients during night shifts
• Perform thorough patient assessments and ongoing monitoring throughout your shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Document patient status, interventions and outcomes clearly and timely
• Educate patients and families about conditions, care plans and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when appropriate

Qualifications

• RN with PCU specialty experience (listed specialty: RN - PCU)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (as noted in the posting)
• Willingness to work as a travel RN for the 13-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid PCU nursing knowledge and ability to care for progressive care patients
• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Comfort managing 12-hour night shift workflows
• Team-oriented communication and care coordination abilities
