Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular studies with accuracy and compassion
• Operate and archive studies in GE Centricity PACS and maintain clean, complete imaging records
• Apply vascular protocols and use RVT/RDMS skills to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Provide patient-centered care including positioning, education and safety throughout each exam
• Participate in Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists and clinical teams to ensure timely, actionable results
• Maintain equipment function and report issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Adhere to infection control, fit testing and immunization requirements to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• RDMS or RVT credential required (or equivalent registry certification)
• Current BLS certification
• Active state license or certification as required by facility and successful license/certificate verification
• Experience working with GE Centricity PACS and familiarity with PIC workflow preferred
• Completion of Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist as part of onboarding
• Up-to-date personal health requirements including fit test, immunizations, drug screen and TB/IGRA

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging principles and vascular protocols
• Proficiency with GE Centricity PACS and digital image archiving
• Skilled in patient positioning, scanning techniques and probe selection
• Good clinical documentation and communication skills for handoffs and reports
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and escalate findings appropriately
• Comfortable with competency testing and maintaining clinical skills
