Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing to demonstrate clinical skills
• Maintain up-to-date immunizations and pass required health screenings
• Follow facility infection control practices and respirator protocols
• Accurately complete required documentation and health forms
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe, high-quality patient care
• Participate in orientation and any site-specific trainings to ensure readiness

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Must pass Fit Test, Trinity Respirator Evaluation, and Trinity Color Vision checks
• Clear Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and required background/health screenings
• Up-to-date immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, and Influenza
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) or documented alternative
• Physical/Health Statement confirming ability to perform job duties
• Appropriate licensure or certification if role requires it; documentation may be requested

Education

• Relevant clinical degree or certification preferred depending on assignment (e.g., nursing or allied health), or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong focus on patient safety and infection prevention
• Understanding of respirator use and PPE best practices
• Comfort with competency-based testing and clinical skills validation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail for documentation and compliance tasks
• Ability to adapt to facility-specific policies and workflows
