Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal conditions to restore mobility and independence
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals and measurable progress
• Deliver orthopedic, neurological, sports, stroke, balance, and spinal therapy interventions in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across multiple points of service
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress clearly and timely
• Provide patient and family education to promote safe recovery and long-term wellness
• Travel between clinic locations as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license (required)
• BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification (required)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy and musculoskeletal/neurological rehabilitation
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care as part of the role
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills

• Neurological and stroke rehabilitation strategies
• Balance therapy and spinal therapy approaches
• Outpatient care delivery and clinic workflow
