Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly and establish individualized outpatient treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote long-term recovery
• Document patient progress and communicate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by helping manage caseload and throughput
• Provide compassionate care across a variety of musculoskeletal and functional diagnoses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or PT Compact eligibility for Colorado
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of PT experience required; 3–5 years preferred (outpatient experience preferred)
• Resume and skills sheet required for submission
